Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
To contact you to answer specific questions you have asked us related to facilitation projects and training
To contact you when training you may be interested in becomes available or is updated.
To contact you with the option to take part in market research to develop the Facilitation Studios offering.

Your information is securely stored.
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) may be stored in a secure Google Drive, and Substack’s secure subscriber system.
This information will be stored for a maximum of two years, at which point it will be deleted. We will contact you one month before this time to give you the option to continue opting in.
