The Future of Wealth Management
The wealth management sector is a lucrative market for tech firms, with its foundation of legacy hardware and software and its rapidly changing clientele.
Our team was challenged with creating a piece of thought leadership, to act as go-to-market material for EPAM Systems.
With over £400,000 of internal investment and 550 man days of effort this project took the premise of wealth management and pushed to explore where the industry should place itself in five years time.
The project has been instrumental in generating multiple opportunities with potential clients within Western Europe and APAC regions and has to date been responsible for expanding several existing accounts and creating interest from new accounts.
The outcome and thought leadership work is currently in competition for a Red Dot Award.
I worked on this project for the initial 3-4 months. My role was three fold; designing and delivering the initial workshop with internal stakeholders and workshops with external consultants; Developing and exploring the key social and technical trends which the team should consider impacting on Wealth Management and working with our head of design and one of our business consultants to synthesise the resulting information into an opinion and thought piece.
Following my involvement the team developed this opinion into a series of short videos, which can be distributed to cause interest in EPAMs design and engineering offering.
